HDTD
HDTD is an R package providing tools to estimate and test hypotheses about mean relationships and covariance structures in gene expression data with intra-subject variation. HDTD is designed to handle non-independence in genes and tissues, offering robust analysis critical for insights into biological questions. Available with a user's guide, HDTD facilitates accurate statistical conclusions in complex genomic studies.
