HIVprotI
HIVprotI is a web-based service to predict HIV protein inhibitors. The HIVprotI algorithm can predict the IC50/Percent inhibition of user-specified compounds, i.e., proteases, integrases, and reverse transcriptases. The HIVprotI algorithm uses a Support Vector Machine (SVM) based regression model with experimentally validated ChEMBL data.
