HTSanalyzeR

HTSanalyzeR is a software tool designed to analyze high-throughput screening data from RNAi or small molecule experiments on a genome-wide scale. It integrates over-representation analysis, gene set enrichment analysis, comparative gene set analysis, and sub-network identification. It is written in R and interfaces with commonly used pre-processing packages, presenting results in HTML pages and network plots.
