HTqPCR

"HTqPCR" is a software package developed for the R statistical computing environment, specifically designed to address the needs of quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) data analysis. qPCR is a widely used technique for RNA expression profiling, microarray data validation, and clinical diagnostics. Despite its widespread use, the study of qPCR data, especially in complex experiments involving multiple conditions and replicates or high-throughput analysis, has been limited by the lack of accessible, non-proprietary statistical tools.

HTqPCR fills this gap by providing a comprehensive solution for processing and analyzing qPCR data across various experimental designs. It allows researchers to conduct detailed analyses beyond simple control-treatment comparisons, accommodating the complexities of modern biological experiments.
