Heap

HEAP is a software tool designed to aid medical technicians in identifying and counting parasite eggs in microscopic samples. It uses multiple deep learning algorithms to analyze images of the samples and provide accurate results. The platform is user-friendly and can be easily deployed on various computer platforms. Additionally, it includes a parasitic egg database that provides access to labeled images and pretrained models. This makes it an excellent educational and training resource for those interested in helminth egg examination.
