HiTEC

HiTEC is a software tool that corrects sequencing errors in high-throughput sequencing data, which produces large amounts of data. HiTEC is fully automated, robust, and accurate compared to previous error-correction methods. It is efficient in terms of time and space and works well for all read lengths, genome sizes, and coverage levels.
