IBS
IBS is a software package designed to represent the organization of protein or nucleotide sequences in a precise and efficient manner. It provides multiple options for manipulating, recoloring, or rescaling biological sequences in a user-defined mode. IBS can export the final artwork directly into a publication-quality figure. The standalone package of IBS is implemented in JAVA, while the online service is implemented in HTML5 and JavaScript.
