IMMAN

IMMAN is a software tool for reconstructing Interolog Protein Networks (IPN) by integrating multiple Protein-Protein Interaction Networks (PPIN). It enables users to unify diverse PPINs to identify conserved networks across different species. IMMAN facilitates the retrieval of IPNs with varying degrees of conservation, supporting protein function prediction analysis based on these integrated protein networks.
