INCA

INCA (INteractive Codon usage Analysis) is a tool for analyzing synonymous codon usage in whole genomes. It computes codon frequencies and various usage indices and provides multiple options for interactive graphical displays of values, allowing trends in codon usage to be identified. It also includes a self-organizing map algorithm for gene clustering based on codon usage.
