INSPEcT-GUI

INSPEcT-GUI is an R-Shiny interface designed to facilitate the exploration of RNA species abundance and their responses to perturbations based on the kinetics rates of RNA synthesis, processing, and degradation. This tool enables researchers, even without specific training, to interactively visualize gene-level RNA dynamics, refine model fits of experimental data, test alternative regulatory models, and explore the impact of RNA kinetic rates on premature and mature RNA independently of data availability. INSPEcT-GUI is part of the R/Bioconductor package INSPEcT.
