IOAT
IOAT (Interactive Omics Analysis Tool) is a desktop software tool designed to help non-technical users analyze and visualize private multi-omics data securely. The tool combines clinical data with high-dimensional multi-omics data, primarily targeting CSV format files. IOAT offers various features, including data preprocessing, feature selection, risk assessment, clustering, and survival analysis. Key features of IOAT: 1. Ensures data security by allowing users to analyze private data locally. 2. Integrates clinical data with multi-omics data for comprehensive analysis. 3. Provides a user-friendly interface for non-technical users to explore and analyze their data without writing code. 4. Offers flexibility in choosing data processing methods and model selection. 5. Enables users to identify cancer subtypes and biomarkers related to tumor staging. 6. Facilitates the development of precision oncology by providing gene references closely related to tumor staging. IOAT demonstrates its analysis capabilities using lung cancer data from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA). The tool is freely available for download from GitHub, making it accessible to cancer biologists and biomedical researchers who need to analyze their data easily and securely.
