IOAT

IOAT (Interactive Omics Analysis Tool) is a desktop software tool designed to help non-technical users analyze and visualize private multi-omics data securely. The tool combines clinical data with high-dimensional multi-omics data, primarily targeting CSV format files. IOAT offers various features, including data preprocessing, feature selection, risk assessment, clustering, and survival analysis. Key features of IOAT: 1. Ensures data security by allowing users to analyze private data locally. 2. Integrates clinical data with multi-omics data for comprehensive analysis. 3.
