IgGeneUsage
IgGeneUsage is an R-package for analyzing differential immunoglobulin (Ig) gene usage in immune repertoires. The tool utilizes Bayesian inference with hierarchical models to study complex gene usage data from high-throughput sequencing experiments. By employing probabilistic quantification of differential Ig gene usage, IgGeneUsage addresses limitations associated with current practices of null hypothesis significance testing.
