IgRepertoireConstructor

The IgRepertoireConstructor is an open-source software tool designed for analyzing antibody repertoires, which presents challenging computational difficulties due to the extensive diversification of antibodies. The tool performs error-correction of immunosequencing reads and utilizes mass spectra for validating the constructed antibody repertoires. The tool is available in C++ and Python and runs on all Unix-compatible platforms.
