IgSimulator

IgSimulator was developed to address the challenge of benchmarking newly emerging immunoinformatics tools for antibody repertoire analysis. With the recent introduction of next-generation sequencing technologies to antibody studies, many immunoinformatics tools for antibody repertoire analysis have been growing. However, benchmarking these newly emerging tools remains problematic as the gold standard datasets required to validate these tools are typically not available.

To solve this problem, IgSimulator was developed, which allows for the simulation of antibody repertoires. This software tool is designed to address various complications in generating realistic antibody repertoires and provides an effective way to benchmark new immunoinformatics tools. IgSimulator's modular code structure allows it to be easily adapted to new requirements for simulation, making it a flexible and adaptable tool for this purpose.
