InCroMAP

The software tool 'InCroMAP' is a Java-based application that enables analysis and visualization of high-level microarray data from different platforms, including mRNA, microRNA, DNA methylation, and protein modification. InCroMAP supports joint analysis of data from different platforms, gene set enrichment analysis, and visualization of data in the context of metabolic or signaling pathways.
