InteractiveComplexHeatmap

The 'InteractiveComplexHeatmap' is an R package to enhance the interactivity of heatmaps created using the 'ComplexHeatmap' package. While 'ComplexHeatmap' is powerful for constructing customizable static heatmaps, 'InteractiveComplexHeatmap' adds the capability of creating interactive Shiny web applications directly from static complex heatmaps. This integration introduces tools for interactive exploration, enabling users to select subsets of rows and columns, search heatmaps using labels, and manipulate multiple heatmaps simultaneously. Moreover, the package supports the export of static heatmaps from other popular heatmap functions, such as heatmap.2() or pheatmap(), to interactive applications.
