JASPAR

JASPAR is a web-based transcription factor binding profile database. JASPAR contains a large collection of matrix-based nucleotide profiles describing the binding of transcription factors in multiple species, curated, non-redundant profiles.
Newly updated profiles are mostly from published chromatin immunoprecipitation-seq experimental datasets. The website also contains BioPython and R tool and R/Bioconductor data packages.
