KEGGtranslator
KEGGtranslator is a standalone application that converts the proprietary XML-format KGML files of the KEGG PATHWAY database into various output formats. It supports a wide range of output formats, can augment information beyond the scope of the KGML document, and amends missing components to allow simulations on fragmentary reactions within the pathway.
