KiT
KiT (Kinetochore Tracking) is an open-source program for analyzing kinetochores in real-time fluorescent movies. KiT includes various features, such as 2D, 3D, and multi-color imaging, fluorescence quantification, deconvolution, parallel processing, and different algorithms for particle detection.
