Krait

Krait is a software tool designed to quickly investigate microsatellites in DNA sequences. It can identify all types of perfect or imperfect microsatellites on a whole genomic sequence and can also identify compound microsatellites. Krait includes Primer3 so that users can efficiently design primers for microsatellite amplification. It can export microsatellite results in FASTA or GFF3 format for further analysis and generate statistical reports and plots.
