LOT
LOT is a tool for performing linkage analysis of ordinal traits for pedigree data. It uses a latent-variable proportional-odds logistic model to relate inheritance patterns to the distribution of the ordinal trait and implements the likelihood-ratio test for testing evidence of linkage. This tool is particularly useful for analyzing complex diseases and human conditions that are rated on ordinal scales, such as behavioral disorders.
