LOX
LOX is a software tool that estimates gene expression levels from high-throughput-expressed sequence datasets with multiple treatments or samples. It incorporates a gene bias model to integrate diverse transcriptomic sequencing data, and provides expression levels for each gene relative to all treatments as well as Bayesian credible intervals.
