LS-SNP
LS-SNP/PDB is a web-based resource that provides genome-wide annotation of human non-synonymous SNPs. It features high-quality protein graphics with molecular visualization software and annotates biologically relevant features. The system is kept up-to-date through an automated, high-throughput build pipeline that maps human nsSNPs onto Protein Data Bank structures. LS-SNP/PDB is available through multiple links and pages, including the UCSC Genome Browser Gene and SNP Details pages, and the PharmGKB Gene Variants Downloads/Cross-References pages.
