LibSBML

LibSBML is an application programming interface library that allows developers to read, write, manipulate, and validate content in the Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML) format. It is written in ISO C and C++, with language bindings for Common Lisp, Java, Python, Perl, MATLAB, and Octave, and includes many features that make it easy to use. Developers can embed LibSBML in their applications, which saves them from implementing their own SBML parsing, manipulation, and validation software.
