MAGNA++
MAGNA++ is a network alignment software that aims to find conserved regions between different networks. It extends the original MAGNA framework with several algorithmic advances, including the ability to simultaneously maximize edge conservation measures and any desired node conservation measure. It also provides a friendly graphical user interface for easy use by domain scientists and offers source code for easy extensibility by computational scientists.
