MAIT
The Metabolite Automatic Identification Toolkit (MAIT) is a comprehensive software package to facilitate end-to-end metabolomic data analysis derived from liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry (LC-MS). Recognizing the limitations of current tools in processing metabolomic data and the challenges of utilizing online tools programmatically, MAIT offers a versatile solution that notably enhances the peak annotation stage of metabolomic data analysis.
