MANTIS

MANTIS (Multilocus ANTIgenic Simulator) is an R tool for simulating, visualizing and analyzing host-pathogen interactions. MANTIS can produce simulated multilocus models as time-series data for assumed epidemiological scenarios. The MANTIS algorithm uses ordinary-differential equations and the Runge-Kutta method.
