MASS
MASS is a command-line program designed for meta-analysis of sequencing studies, enabling the combination of score statistics from multiple studies. It offers three types of multivariate tests that cover all commonly used association tests for rare variants. The software provides an efficient analysis of large sequencing studies and can be used in combination with the SCORE-Seq software.
