MCbiclust

"MCbiclust" (Massively Correlated Biclustering) is a biclustering algorithm to unlock the full potential of gene expression data, enabling the discovery of sizeable co-regulated gene networks within biologically heterogeneous data collections. Traditional methods often need to be revised to identify extensive correlated gene sets, thus limiting the exploration of complex cellular processes such as energy metabolism, organelle biogenesis, and stress responses controlled by multi-gene networks.

MCbiclust addresses this limitation by efficiently selecting samples and genes from large datasets based on maximally correlated gene expression.
