MEANS
MEANS (Moment Expansion Approximation, iNference, and Simulation) is a software tool to analyze stochastic systems of biochemical reactions. The MEANS algorithm makes it possible to analyze systems without specific constraints and uses moment expansion approximation with parametric closures.
