MICMIC

MICMIC is a software package to identify distal DNA regulatory regions' methylation affecting tumor genesis. The MICMIC uses Peter Spirtes and Clark Glymour (PC) algorithm* and includes functions for Mutual information (MI), conditional mutual information (CMI), infer cis-acting methylation network, and visualization.
