MIMEAnTo

MIMEAnTo is a software tool developed for the analysis of mutational interference mapping experiment (MIME) data. The MIME technique enables the identification of domains and structures in RNA that are essential for its function. MIMEAnTo uses next-generation sequencing (NGS) to quantify the effects of each mutation at each position in the RNA with statistical certainty. It is a user-friendly, cross-platform software that is implemented in C++ using the boost library and Qt for the graphical user interface.
