MIXSCORE

MIXSCORE is a tool to perform statistical tests for Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) in admixed populations in case-control studies. The MIXSCORE algorithm provides local ancestry-aware imputation and a statistical framework for incorporating single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and admixture association.
