MRHMMs
MRHMMs is a software package that offers a range of Hidden Markov Models (HMMs) suitable for biological studies and other fields. The software allows for flexible application of HMMs, including diverse emission probability structures such as mixtures of multivariate normal distributions and regression models. MRHMMs is designed to be computationally efficient for analyzing large data sets, making it suitable for genome-wide studies.
