MSAcquisitionSimulator
MSAcquisitionSimulator is a software tool developed for simulating ground truth LC-MS data and applying custom data-dependent acquisition (DDA) algorithms. It allows researchers to test, refine, and evaluate novel DDA algorithms before implementing them on a mass spectrometer.
