MSnbase
"MSnbase" is an R package designed to analyze quantitative proteomics experiments utilizing isobaric tagging. The software is an exploratory data analysis framework for reproducible research, offering functionalities such as raw data import, quality control, visualization, data processing, and quantitation. MSnbase allows seamless integration of quantitative proteomics data with additional statistical analysis tools provided by the Bioconductor project.
