MaXIC-Q

MaXIC-Q Web is a web-based resource for quantification analyses of datasets produced by proteomics studies using isotope labelings, such as SILAC and ICAT . MaXIC-Q Web constructs PIMS and XIC elution profiles from LC-MS data.
