Mash

Mash is a multifaceted software tool developed for top-down proteomics, enabling the identification, quantification, and characterization of proteoforms with visual validation. Mash Suite Pro uses two deconvolution algorithms to optimize protein identification results from high-resolution MS and tandem MS data. It also facilitates the characterization of PTMs and sequence variations and the relative quantitation of multiple proteoforms in different experimental conditions. The software also provides visualization components for validation and correction of computational outputs, simplifying and speeding up the interpretation of high-resolution top-down proteomics data. Mash Suite Pro is envisioned to play an integral role in advancing the burgeoning field of top-down proteomics.
