Matrix2png
The tool 'Matrix2png' is a software that can be used to create color images of matrix data for the display of microarray data sets in figures, web pages, slide presentations, and other similar applications. The tool allows both continuous-valued and discrete-valued data sets to be displayed, and users can customize options such as colors, row and column labels, and scale bars. Matrix2png is available through a web interface, Unix binaries, and source code on request.
