MatrixQCvis

MatrixQCvis is a software tool for first-line data quality assessment and exploratory data analysis of quantitative omics experiments such as transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. It presents data quality metrics at the sample and feature levels using the Rshiny framework, providing an efficient and standardized way to analyze the data quality of matrix-like formats. MatrixQCvis integrates with existing workflows using the Bioconductor SummarizedExperiment S4 class.
