ModuleMaster

ModuleMaster is a software tool for finding cis-regulatory modules (CRMs) in sets of co-expressed genes. The application includes a newly developed method that considers both transcription factor binding information and multivariate functional relationships between regulators and target genes to improve the detection of CRMs. The program is designed to work with microarray data and clustering results and includes an easy-to-use graphical user interface, job-processing options, and command-line options. The detected CRMs can be visualized and evaluated in various ways, including generating regulatory network visualizations and SBML files for subsequent analytical processing and dynamic modeling.
