MrBayes

Ta(MC)(3) is a software tool introducing a modified GPU version of MrBayes for Bayesian phylogenetic inference on protein data sets. This tool is designed to process larger data sets than MrBayes due to its utilization of 64-bit variables. It also implements Kahan summation to enhance accuracy, convergence rates, and runtime. With these enhancements, ta(MC)(3) can achieve up to 2.5 times faster than the current fastest software in the market.
