MultiBaC
MultiBaC is an R package to address batch effects in multi-omic datasets, where data may be obtained in different batches, and omics type and batch are often confounded. It explicitly targets scenarios involving hidden batch effects that may introduce systematic biases during data acquisition. Existing methods typically fail to correct batch effects in such complex cases.
The MultiBaC package provides a tool for batch effect removal and includes various graphical outputs for model validation and assessment of batch effect correction.
