MultiDataSet

The software tool "MultiDataSet" addresses managing multiple omic datasets from the same subjects, a common scenario in current biomedical studies with cost-efficient genomic assays. In response to the absence of a standard class for this purpose in Bioconductor, the tool introduces a new R class adhering to Bioconductor standards. "MultiDataSet" is designed to encapsulate and handle various omic datasets, effectively managing the complexities of incomplete data sets. It provides a straightforward and general approach for subsetting features and selecting samples.
