NAViGaTOR

The tool 'NAViGaTOR' is a graphing application designed for the visualization of biological networks in both 2D and 3D. It has a rich suite of visual mark-up tools for manual and automated annotation, and fast and scalable layout algorithms with OpenGL hardware acceleration for large graphs. NAViGaTOR supports community-developed data formats and is platform-independent and extensible through a plug-in architecture. It is freely available to the research community with installers and documentation provided for multiple operating systems.
