NMRFAM-SPARKY

NMRFAM-SPARKY, the successor to SPARKY 3, is the most widely used NMR data analysis software. It has been repackaged with up-to-date Python and Tcl/Tk versions and is equipped with new tools for peak simulation and graphical assignment determination. These tools, combined with PACSY database chemical shift predictions, significantly speed up protein side chain assignments. NMRFAM-SPARKY can connect with web servers such as PECAN, PINE, TALOS-N, CS-Rosetta, SHIFTX2, and PONDEROSA-C/S through automated data format conversion.
