NanoOK

NanoOK is a comprehensive tool for real-time, long-read sequencing quality control and error profile analysis from the Oxford Nanopore MinION sequencer. NanoOK provides detailed tabular and graphical output, plus an in-depth multi-page PDF report, for metagenomic and multiplexed samples, and works with four popular Nanopore aligners, with easy extensibility to include others.
