NanoPlot

NanoPack is a tool suite designed to visualize and process long-read sequencing data generated by technologies from Oxford Nanopore Technologies and Pacific Biosciences. It was developed to tackle the challenges and opportunities presented by long-read sequencing data and improve data analysis and interpretation through its functionalities.

NanoPack is designed to be highly versatile, offering compatibility across various operating systems, including Linux, Mac OS, and the Windows 10 subsystem for Linux. NanoPack caters to diverse user preferences by providing multiple interfaces, including a graphical user interface (GUI) for those who prefer visual interaction, a web service for easy access without needing local installation, and command-line tools for users who favor script-based operation.

The web service, accessible at [http://nanoplot.bioinf.be](http://nanoplot.bioinf.be), offers a convenient way for users to utilize NanoPack's features without installing the software, making it readily available for quick analyses and visualizations.
