NucliTrack

NucliTrack is a software solution for automatically identifying, segmenting, and tracking fluorescently labelled nuclei in live imaging studies. It offers an interactive, graphical interface to make cell tracking easier and more efficient, and performs similarly to other state-of-the-art cell tracking algorithms.
