OCSANA
OCSANA (optimal combinations of interventions from network analysis) is a software that identifies and prioritizes optimal and minimal combinations of interventions to disrupt the paths between source nodes and target nodes in a signaling network. It aims to minimize side-effects on specified off-target nodes while coping with very large networks. OCSANA is implemented as a plugin for Cytoscape.
